"My wife and I were buying a new car and called Candice's State Farm office about insurance needs for our vehicle. The person that answered the phone not only answered our questions, but also offered to stay late if we needed them to, and called before he left to make sure I had everything I needed and again offered to stay if I needed them to. I have had my insurance through this State Farm office since my first car almost 50 years ago. When State Farm wanted to switch my policy to another office a few months ago I said I am keeping it right here because of the great customer service and hometown feel. "I’ve been trying to get a hold of this State Farm location for a week and a half now, and when I finally got an answer, Niko told me to have Trevor(my agent in Georgia)call to release my State Farm information so they could access my information. Upon calling Trevor, he said he would call and when he called me back, he said he was told that Niko wasn’t available; however I just got off the phone with Niko. So Trevor gave me a different location in Lamar and got me squared away and I’m now in the process of transferring my insurance policy. While doing so, Niko calls me and says he needs me to give him my info and I let him know “Trevor wasn’t able to get into touch with you so he gave me a different location to get into touch touch with” upon telling him, he was rude and said “oh so you don’t want one with us” and I said “no thank you. I apologize” and he said hung up on me. This location is very inconvenient and seems to be very incompetent and extremely unprofessional. If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would."

Nikko is a fantastic team member and I know he was doing his best, but it sounds like there was a disconnect in the communication lines.
